The Written Word

Where Medicine Meets Humanity

Writing has become another way I care for people.

Some stories begin in the clinic. Others begin on a forest trail, in the quiet after loss, or in the ordinary moments that stay with us long after the day has ended. Through writing, I explore the places where medicine, mindfulness, grief, healing, and our shared humanity meet.

My essays and articles have appeared in peer-reviewed journals, healthcare publications, and literary platforms, exploring topics ranging from physician well-being and mental health to compassion, loss, resilience, and the human side of medicine.

Whether I am writing for clinicians, patients, or the wider community, my hope remains the same: to create space for reflection, encourage meaningful conversation, and remind us that healing is found not only in answers, but also in curiosity, connection, and our willingness to remain fully human.
